1. עקרון יסוד — בלי מידע אישי

מדיניות זו מתארת את הטיפול במידע באפליקציית "גרוייסע גמל". האפליקציה תוכננה במכוון לפעול ללא חשבונות משתמש וללא איסוף מידע אישי מזהה. יצירת קשר: support@groys.dev.

2. מה אנחנו לא אוספים

אין באפליקציה הרשמה או התחברות. איננו אוספים שם, טלפון, כתובת דוא"ל, תעודת זהות, נתונים פיננסיים אישיים, יתרות או כל פרט מזהה אחר. איננו בונים פרופיל משתמש ואיננו מוכרים או משתפים מידע עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק.

3. מידע שנשמר במכשיר בלבד

העדפותיך — שפה, גודל טקסט, רשימת המעקב (כוכבים) ורשימת ההשוואה — נשמרות בזיכרון המקומי של המכשיר בלבד ואינן נשלחות לשרתינו. מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת מידע זה לצמיתות.

4. עיבוד טכני מינימלי

לצורך הצגת נתוני הקרנות, האפליקציה שולחת בקשות אנונימיות (ללא זיהוי משתמש) לשרת מסד הנתונים שלנו (Supabase, שרתים באיחוד האירופי). ככל שירות אינטרנט, כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר עשויה להופיע ביומני שרת תפעוליים לזמן קצר לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול בלבד. איננו מצליבים מידע זה עם זהות משתמשים.

5. אנליטיקה ופרסום

נכון לתאריך העדכון של מדיניות זו, האפליקציה אינה כוללת כלי אנליטיקה, מזהי פרסום או ערכות פיתוח (SDK) של צדדים שלישיים. אם בעתיד תשולב פרסומת או אנליטיקה — מדיניות זו תעודכן מראש, ותצוין זהות הספק והמידע שהוא מעבד.

6. קישורים חיצוניים

מעבר לאתרי בתי ההשקעות כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של אותם אתרים. מומלץ לעיין בה. איננו אחראים לנוהגי הפרטיות של אתרים חיצוניים.

7. אבטחת מידע

התקשורת עם שרתינו מוצפנת (HTTPS). מאחר שאין באפליקציה חשבונות ואין מידע אישי בשרתים — אין מאגר מידע אישי שניתן לפרוץ אליו.

8. קטינים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 ואינה אוספת ביודעין מידע על קטינים.

9. זכויותיך

מאחר שאיננו שומרים מידע אישי בשרתינו, בקשת עיון או מחיקה מתמצה במחיקת האפליקציה מהמכשיר. לשאלות בענייני פרטיות ניתן לפנות בכתובת הדוא"ל שלעיל, ונשיב בהקדם.

10. התראות

האפליקציה עשויה לבקש את הרשאתך לקבלת התראות, כדי לעדכן אותך כאשר מתפרסמים נתונים חדשים מהרשות. הבדיקה מתבצעת באופן מקומי במכשיר בלבד (בעיבוד רקע), ללא שרת התראות (push) וללא איסוף מזהי מכשיר או "טוקן" התראות — ולכן איננו יכולים לזהות אותך באמצעותן. מתן ההרשאה הוא רשות בלבד, וניתן לבטלה בכל עת בהגדרות המכשיר או בהגדרות האפליקציה.

11. משתמשים באיחוד האירופי ודין החל

עבור משתמשים באיחוד האירופי (GDPR): מפעיל האפליקציה הוא "בעל השליטה" (Controller) לגבי העיבוד המינימלי המתואר לעיל. מאחר שאיננו אוספים מידע אישי, הפעולה היחידה שעשויה להיחשב עיבוד היא הופעה זמנית של כתובת IP ביומני שרת תפעוליים, על בסיס האינטרס הלגיטימי של אבטחת השירות ותפעולו. מדיניות זו עומדת בעקרונות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 ובדין הישראלי החל. לשאלות או למימוש זכויות ניתן לפנות בכתובת הדוא"ל שלעיל.

12. עדכונים למדיניות

מדיניות זו עשויה להתעדכן מעת לעת; הנוסח העדכני ותאריך העדכון מוצגים באפליקציה. עדכון אחרון: 03.08.2026.

1. Core principle — no personal data

This policy describes how information is handled in the "Groyse Gemel" app. The App is deliberately designed to work without user accounts and without collecting personally identifiable information. Contact: support@groys.dev.

This is a convenience translation; the Hebrew version prevails.

2. What we do not collect

There is no registration or login. We do not collect names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, ID numbers, personal financial data, balances or any other identifying details. We do not build user profiles and do not sell or share information with third parties for marketing.

3. Information stored on your device only

Your preferences — language, text size, watchlist (stars) and comparison list — are stored only in your device’s local storage and are never sent to our servers. Deleting the App permanently deletes this information.

4. Minimal technical processing

To display fund data, the App sends anonymous requests (with no user identification) to our database provider (Supabase, servers in the EU). As with any internet service, your device’s IP address may briefly appear in operational server logs for security and operations only. We do not link this to user identity.

5. Analytics and advertising

As of the update date of this policy, the App contains no analytics tools, advertising identifiers or third-party SDKs. If advertising or analytics is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated in advance, naming the provider and the data it processes.

6. External links

Visiting investment-house websites is subject to those sites’ own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

7. Security

Communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Since the App has no accounts and no personal data on servers, there is no personal database to breach.

8. Minors

The App is not intended for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect information about minors.

9. Your rights

Since we keep no personal data on our servers, access or deletion requests amount to deleting the App from your device. For privacy questions, contact the e-mail above; we will respond promptly.

10. Notifications

The App may ask your permission to send notifications, in order to alert you when new data is published by the Authority. The check runs locally on your device only (background processing), with no push-notification server and no collection of device identifiers or notification "tokens" — so we cannot identify you through them. Granting permission is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time in your device or app settings.

11. EU users and applicable law

For users in the European Union (GDPR): the App operator is the "Controller" for the minimal processing described above. Since we collect no personal data, the only operation that may be considered processing is the transient appearance of an IP address in operational server logs, on the basis of the legitimate interest of securing and operating the service. This policy adheres to the principles of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and applicable Israeli law. For questions or to exercise rights, contact the e-mail above.
